JHWB-1319 Sludge Encapsulated Recycled Agent
I. Product Introduction:
The average molecular weight of JHWB-1319 is approximately three million.
Through polymer bridging and adsorption, JHWB-1319 encapsulates the fine fibers
and particulate substances in the sludge, enabling them to combine with new fibers or
pulp components and improve sludge dewatering, thus facilitating better reuse in the
production process. Improve the uniformity and strength of the finished paper.
It is widely applicable corrugated paper, boxboard paper, and kraft paper, etc.

Appearance: light yellow transparent liquid
Solid content (%): 38.0 ± 1.0
PH: 3.0 - 7.0

III.Usage:
1. Method of addition: Dilute with a metering pump and add continuously after the
sludge injection pump. The initial dosage is 2-3 kg/T of paper. The dosage can be
gradually adjusted according to the changes in sludge concentration and indicators.
2. Position for adding sludge: Before the slurry mixer or at the inlet of slurry pump.
3. The range of sludge addition: 10 - 50 kg per ton of paper.
IV.Packaging and storage:
Packaging: 200kg and 1000kg plastic barrel packaging;
The storage temperature is 0 - 30℃. Use within 3 - 5 days after opening the container.
