1. Mold release agent Application and characteristics

JH-8201 is a kind of effective and high-temperature-insistent mold release agent whose advanced technology and main raw materials are introduced overseas.It is   non-toxic,odor free,slight blue-fluorescence emulsion,of better fluidity&dispersity.It suits the mold release of rubber tire,plastic products,resin products,polyamine products,sponge products,precision shells,mold casting,synthesis fibers spinneret and plywood.It is of less surface tension, better flow - extending,better high-temperature-resistance and chemical stability. It will not react with and will not create corrosion to the contacted equipment.It will not pollute the surface of product, can give the surface luster and prevent aging.It is also of less dosage and better mold release effect.

Water solubility;evenly dispersion in water,no oil slicks;will not be dispersion at 3000 rpmrotation rate.

Stability:12months under room temperature

3. Dosage&Usage tips

It should be diluted with municipal water or  deionized water with the rate from 1:1 to 1:10(final up to the materials of mold-released products and the products surface requests).It is water-base and no need work together with mold release agent of other type.It should be sprayed or painted onto mold surface who were pre-treated or cleaned under room temperature.It should be sprayed or painted evenly even need times of spraying or painting so that mold-release effect is ideal and smoothness of finished products can be guaranteed.Then pour the raw material into molds.

4. Package,Storage&Shelf life time:

The package is 200Liters or 1000Liters drum or as per clients’ requests.It should be stored in cold&dry place and avoid sunshine or frozen  with temperature between 0℃-30℃.The shelf life time is around 12 months.
